DALL-E 3で額を出したキャラクターを生成する方法：前髪を上げるためのプロンプト例

DALL-E 3は額を出した髪型が苦手？

　DALL-E 3には不得手とすることが幾つかありますが、今回取り上げる前髪もその一つです。どうも前髪を上げる指示が無視されがちで、おでこを隠したがる傾向にあります。

　本記事では、DALL-E 3を使って、キャラクターの前髪を上げる手法について解説します。結論から言うと、「slicked-back（オールバックの英訳の一つ）」を活用すると、上手くいく可能性があります。

センター分け、オールバックにしてくれない

　元々、前髪を変えようと色々プロンプトをいじっていたのが、この記事のきっかけでした。前髪をぱっつん(blunt bangs)にした場合は、下記のように上手く画像が生成されます。

プロンプト：A Japanese anime-style girl with silver hair and blue eyes, featuring straight, blunt bangs (patsun). She is wearing a casual home outfit consisting of a cozy sweater and skirt. The background is neutral to emphasize the character’s hairstyle.

　一方で、センター分け、オールバック、横流しと検討してみると、ことごとく言うことを聞いてくれず、全くを額を出してくれません。

センター分け

　そこで、まずは髪型を強調する策で何とかならないか検討してみました。具体的には、プロンプトとして「日本のアニメスタイルの女子高生で、銀髪と青い目を持ち、前髪を完全にセンターで分けている。おでこが見えるように、前髪は左右にしっかりと分けられている。長い銀髪が両サイドに流れ、カジュアルなセーターとスカートを着ている。背景はニュートラルで、キャラクターが際立つようにしている。」と念押しをしています。

　その結果どうなったかというと…。

全然変わらない…。

　といった感じで、他にもいろいろ試しても上手くいかない状態でした。そこで、一旦このキャラクターに拘らずに、どうやったら額を出した前髪に出来るのかを、以下で検証してみました。

額を出した髪型への試み

　幾つかアプローチをしましたので、今回は具体的なプロンプトも一緒に、順を追って説明していきます。

1. キャラクターの指定をなくす

　まず、単純に「センター分けした女の子」として、キャラクターには殆ど制約を持たせずに生成を試みました。これは全然変わらず、上手くいきません。

2. 性格説と繰り返し強調の併用

　そこで、キャラクターの性格によって前髪の状態は変わるのではないかという説を立て、プロンプトを変えてみました。元気そうな子のほうが額が出ているのではないかという偏見と、更に先ほどの繰り返し強調法を用いて試してみています。

　具体的には、「前髪がなく、センター分けになっていて、額が出ていて、元気な少女。日本のアニメ風イラスト」としたのが下記になります。

　意図通りには程遠いのですが、前髪はかなり薄くなっているので、この方向性で引き続き攻めてみることにしました。

3. slicked back(オールバック)の併用

　次に髪型との組み合わせを色々とやっていく中で、どうやらslicked backで指定するのがよさそうでした。具体的には「前髪がなく、オールバック(slicked back)になっていて、額が完全に出ていて、元気で活発な少女。日本のアニメ風イラスト」としたのが下記になります。

　ここで、ようやく念願のオールバックにすることが出来ました。その後、どこまでプロンプトとして必要か絞っていくと、「Slicked backな少女。日本のアニメ風イラスト」とすることで、下記画像が生成されました。

　完全なオールバックではありませんが、額を出すのに「Slicked back」がかなり有用であることが分かります。

4.「slicked-back hair parted in the center」によるセンター分けの方法

　次にこれを活用していって、センター分け(真ん中分け)にトライしました。

　ということで、「Slicked back」を指示したうえで、センター分けとすると、実際にセンター分けの髪型とすることが出来るようです。
